If
you are attending the bridging upgrade course you must have
completed all 8 units of the former Cert. IV in Assessment
and Workplace Training (BSZ40198).
Supporting documentation for
the TAA upgrade course must include;

A certified copy of your qualification
and Statement of Results.

A letter of verification (letter
of currency on company letterhead) from your employer
or manager/supervisor verifying your training and assessing
you have delivered (Please see note
below) or;

A letter from your self stating
that all information provided is accurately portrayed
as your own work if you submit work related examples.
This letter is to be on a Statutory
Declaration form.
NOTE: Please ensure you provide
the course code, name of the course and length of course (i.e.
4 hours, 1 day, 1 week) you are or have been training, how
you collected evidence that the learner was competent (visual
written, practical) and how long you have been training.
Recognition of Prior
Learning and or Recognition of Current Competencies
Rocky Safety Consultancy recognises RPL and
RCC which means we will assess you on your previous experience
and/or qualifications. An additional fee will apply for RPL/RCC.
RPL/RCC:
If you wish to apply for RPL/RCC please review the Units of
Competency you are applying for and are available from the
National Training Information Services website: www.ntis.gov.au
We would like to advise
applicants that we recommend you access these units to assist
you in gathering the relevant evidence when applying for RPL/RCC.
Evidence must meet the Performance
Criteria/Evidence Guide of the unit you are applying for RPL/RCC.
Please clearly identify what evidence relates to the Performance
Criteria.
To be awarded the Certificate IV in Training
and Assessment (TAA40104) you will need to provided evidence
of the 12 core units and 2 electives. Evidence can be produced
from a variety of sources which can include; previous qualifications,
previous work experience, work products/examples that you
have have personally completed, 3rd party reports, on the
job (direct) evidence and questioning from our trainer.
Your evidence must meet the following; VALID
it must specifically relate to the units of competency in
the TAA40104, SUFFICIENT the
evidence supplied must cover a broad range of contexts over
a period of time, CURRENT it
must be deemed current by our trainer and AUTHENTIC
the evidence supplied must be your own work.
